Pedal Perks ‘‘Cinettica $500 Voucher Instagram Giveaway” Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Pedal Perks Pty Ltd of C/O SeidrLab 85 William Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. ABN 18 683 458 077.

2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry into the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Pedal Perks Pty Ltd and its related entities are ineligible to enter. Open to Australian residents only.

4. The promotion commences at 8:00AM AEDT on 23 January 2025 and ends at 7:59AM AEDT on 01 April 2025, or when 500 registrations are submitted (whichever comes first).

6. To enter the promotion, participants must:
i) Follow @pedalperks.cc on Instagram (www.instagram.com/pedalperks.cc)
ii) Like the competition post on Instagram
iii) Tag another instagram page in the competition post on Instagram

7. All valid entries will go into a draw, which will take place at 8:00AM AEDT on 01 April 2025, or when 500 registrations are submitted (whichever comes first) at C/O SeidrLab 85 William Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. One (1) winner will be drawn.

8. The winner will receive a prize of: AUD$500 voucher to the Cinettica webstore emailed to them within three business days of the competition ending. The total maximum prize value is AUD$500.00.

9. The winner will be announced at 8:00AM AEDT on 01 April 2025, or when 500 registrations are submitted, on the Pedal Perks Instagram Page (@pedalperks.cc). The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and email and will have one week to respond, or will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.

10. Should any winner(s) remain uncontactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place exactly one week (7 days) from the initial draw.

11. The redrawn winner(s) shall be notified by Instagram message and email immediately after the draw. 

12. Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable. The prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

13. Pedal Perks Pty Ltd expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and Pedal Perks Pty Ltd’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. Pedal Perks Pty Ltd  expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.

15. In case of non-availability of mentioned prize, Pedal Perks Pty Ltd will provide the winner another prize of equal or less value.

16. Pedal Perks Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.

17. Pedal Perks Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. Pedal Perks Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services. Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.

19. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Pedal Perks Pty Ltd, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Pedal Perks Pty Ltd  reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.

21. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.

22. All entrants agree to grant Pedal Perks Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use the text, photos and/or videos they use in entering the competition.
